The Families 4 Life Center (F4LC) operates as a Dallas Texas based community based 501(c)(3) non-profit organization under the direction and leadership of Dr. Ronald E. Hodges along with his wife Mrs. Della Mina Hodges together they provide the daily operational management for the F4LC.

Dr. Ronald E. Hodges is an accomplished businessman, educator, scholor and community leader holding several earned doctorate degrees ranging from Business Administration, Ministry and Theology along with M.B.A. and Masters of Arts in Executive Management. Dr. Hodges is a seasoned and highly regarded professional experienced in many different fields ranging from business, education, government, and ministry.
Dr. Hodges has served in public office as elected Governing School Board Trustee, held various political appointments, is very active in community affairs, and in active in many segments of the Dallas, Texas community.
As the Executive Director of the Families 4 Life Center, Dr. Hodges calls on his vast experience, activities, and resources from the professional and business communities after retiring as university business professor in California after a long a career that involved such institutions as U.C. Davis, University of Phoenix, National University and Sacramento State University at Sacramento.
Dr. & Mrs. Hodges are blessed with three adult children and two grandchild.
