The Young Leaders of America (YLOA) is a junior and high school age future business leaders training program where students from diversity backgrounds to learn the essential skills, tools and abilities to pursue a career in business.
One of the goals of the YLOA is develop students in analytical and evaluation skill as critical thinkers and leaders. Every part of the YLOA program reinforces the behaviors and mindset that helps young people make good decisions both in the classroom and in the greater world beyond.
